These cameras operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring consistent monitoring and protection.

Is there an application process?

Yes, all prospective residents must complete an application process. This includes a background check and credit screening to ensure the safety and financial stability of our community. Our team is here to guide you through the simple and straightforward process.

What are the home requirements?

Our on-site team handles all the yard work, ensuring your lot and the entire community always look beautifully manicured. It’s a key part of the carefree, hassle-free lifestyle we offer, giving you more time to relax and enjoy everything Higdon Oaks has to offer.

Is there ample parking and restrictions on number of vehicles per household?

Yes, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable living environment for everyone, we observe community-wide quiet hours. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During this time, we ask all residents to be mindful of their neighbors and keep noise levels—such as loud music, televisions, and gatherings—to a minimum. These guidelines help us maintain the serene and respectful atmosphere that all our residents value and appreciate.

Are fences allowed?
